Refund and Returns Policy.

Y ou have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive your order.  To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to When Summer Comes by email to info@whensummercomes.com giving details of the items ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

 

 

 

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the items to When Summer Comes at your own cost. The items must be returned to our warehouse and you must take reasonable care to ensure the items are packaged correctly and not damaged in transit.

Returns will not be accepted without prior notification and authorisation from When Summer Comes. If the item is untraceable, refunds cannot be provided. The burden of proof lies with the customer to prove an item has been returned and to ensure it is returned safely.

Once you have notified When Summer Comes that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the items. If you do not return the goods as required, When Summer Comes, may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the items.

Product Issues

Our products are carefully inspected for quality control purposes before they are despatched to you and the packaging is inspected at our warehouse for any signs of damage in transit. In the unlikely event that your order is delivered with a manufacturing defect, please email us immediately at info@whensummercomes.com .

Please ensure that you retain your purchase order number and email us photographs and a description of any issues you may not be happy with. We will investigate the matter on your behalf.

If we find that the product is damaged or defective due to no fault of your own, we will happily arrange a collection and a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

If we find that the product has developed an issue due to misuse, or accidental damage after it has been delivered, then we are under no obligation to replace the item or issue you with a refund.
